Sharon's career first began in the law office at Davenports as a Law Clerk and went on to a sole charge position for an Auckland Barrister/Solicitor. Over this 8 year period, she became very familiar with all aspects relating to property conveyancing.
Sharon has had 15 years experience in the real estate industry, having worked for one of Ponsonby's most respected Developers. She was involved in assisting the Developer with project management of both building and renovating multi million dollar homes, in Ponsonby and Remuera. Sharon is fully conversant with Council requirements and has a sound knowledge of building products and procedures.
During her time with the Development Company, she also had responsiblity of managing the Company's Property Rental Portfolio, which duties included sourcing tenants, attending to work orders, re fixing tenancies and the like.
Sharon is married with teenage children and has always lived and worked in the Auckland area.
Ray White Mt Eden Village are very fortunate to have Sharon as part of its team and her services as Office Manager. In recent times Sharon completed her Salespersons Certificate in order that she may be of assistance in the sales process.
