Pat was born in Arusha, East Africa and immigrated to New Zealand to complete his education in 1970. Following his apprenticeship with the New Zealand Telephone Exchange Pat joined the New Zealand Police force and remained there for 23 years and for the last few years specialised as a Detective in the Drug Squad. From there Pat has his own business for a few years and then joined NZ Customs and again specialised in the Drug Squad. Pat became a partner in Village Estate Agents Limited in 2009 and has completed his salespersons certificate and is currently completing his Diploma of Business Studies, majoring in Real Estate.
We are extremely fortunate to have Pat on board as Property Manager. Due to his vast experience with people, on both sides of the Law, he knows just what to look for when it comes to choosing tenants for our properties and how to deal with those difficult situations that may end up in Court.
Pat’s interests include golf, fishing and travelling to visit his family who are scattered in difference parts of the world. Collapse
