Charmian Wood has been a fulltime residential salesperson since 1989. Currently based at Ray White Mt Eden Village she is well versed with property in Mt Eden and the Central Auckland suburbs. As a salesperson Charmian has achieved success in both upper and lower price brackets. Charmian has a network of contacts around Auckland having spent most of her life living in the Central City, being educated at Baradene College.
Prior to starting real estate Charmian was employed as Sales and Marketing Manager for Saks of Newmarket.
She was also Promotions and Marketing Manager for Welcome Homes, training staff throughout New Zealand. Charmian is a mentor with Project K, is involved with Make a Wish Foundation and Rotary.
Through experience Charmian Wood knows the residential market understanding the financial opportunities available. Her commitment to ongoing training keeps Charmian fully in touch with the continual innovations in our profession. She has furthered her real estate career having already achieved Branch Manager and AREINZ status.
Charmian has operated as Manager in Mt Eden for the past eight years and purchased Century 21 Mt Eden in 2004. Now having sold to the current owner, Charmian is thoroughly enjoying selling property full time with Ray White Mt Eden Village from the same office in the heart of Mt Eden Village without the distraction of ownership. When you are buying or selling, you can be assured of Charmian’s total application to the task. Being full of energy, Charmian has an absolute passion for real estate and is fully focused on buyers and sellers, offering excellent service. She relishes time to relax with her large family, her garden, movies, theatre, travel and the arts.
